I'm the founder of Flex Food Life.
I believe in the power of vulnerability and courage, and it’s this belief that led me to become an online nutrition coach.
You see, my journey’s been filled with battles around health and weight loss. From being an overweight child to chasing every diet and trend from the age of 14 — paleo, juice cleanses, raw, vegan, intermittent fasting, cutting sugar, no carbs… you name it.
Losing the weight and then always putting it back on — and then some! It wasn’t until I realised how much we have been over-complicating all of this that I knew I had to share what I learned this and help others who are or have been in similar situations.
I do this because
this is what I wish I had learned earlier as I would not have thrown myself into every and any diet come Monday.
I have helped over 80 women (and a few men!) from years of anguish, guiding them away from restrictive diets and putting a stop to the notion of ‘eat less and move more’.
I want to continue helping women fuel their metabolism and hormones, feel empowered and eat the damn cake without apologising for it!
