LOSE: Now that we have a working metabolism, our focus turns to shedding unwanted fat effectively. Here, we leverage what you've learned to optimise fat loss while enjoying your favourite foods, creating a balanced approach.
EMERGE: Now that we've lost the unwanted fat, and have a healthy metabolism and working hormones we shift our attention to maintaining these earned results.
