Ingredients

  • 1 Woolworths 50% lower carb high protein pizza base

  • 70g lamb shoulder, pre-cooked

  • 15g pepperoni

  • 70g mushrooms, slided

  • 100g green capsicum, sliced

  • 15g Light ‘n’ Tasty cheese, grated

  • 30g passata

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced).

  2. Spread passata evenly over the pizza base.

  3. Spread the lamb and pepperoni over the base

  4. Layer on the mushrooms and capsicum,

  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

  7. Slice and enjoy the whole thing!
