Recipe: Easy High Protein Chicken & Prawn Paella
Here’s a super simple, easy paella recipe ready in less than 20 minutes and perfect for a weeknight meal or meal prep.
Easy high protein chicken and prawn paella.
[Serves 1]
You’ll need:
120g chicken breast, diced
80g garlic prawns
100 capsicum, diced or strips
80g frozen peas*
80g Mexican-style rice (packet)
15g brown onion
1tsp paprika
1tsp olive oil
Method
In a large pan or wok add oil, chicken and capsicum
Add garlic prawns and stir until cooked through
Add peas, pre-cooked rice and smoked paprika. Stir through and serve up
* Forgot to snap a pic with the peas in there, sorry!
Note: increase the quantity by how many serves you’re wanting to make.
